NEPAL RASTRA BANK CURRENCY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT THAPATHALI, KATHMANDU, NEPAL RE-GLOBAL SEALED TENDER NOTICE FOR MINTING AND SUPPLY OF NEPALESE CIRCULATION COINS Re-global sealed tenders are hereby invited for the minting and supply of Rupee one denomination circulation coin to be minted and supplied from among the following pre-qualified mints listed in the pre-qualifying list of this bank:
The tender document will be made available at Nepal Rastra Bank, Currency Management Department, Thapathali and Nepal Rastra Bank, Central Office, General Service Department, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal, against the payment of Nepalese Rupees 10,000.00 (Non-refundable) The tenders may be purchased by the mints or their authorized local agent against the presentation of their letter duly authorizing the local agent on their behalf. In case, any mints wishes to receive the tender documents by Courier service, it may request the bank by sending a request letter alongwith the above mentioned tender fee or equivalent to that amount in US Dollar, Pound Sterling, Euro or Canadian Dollar. The tender document may be purchased within the 23 days of the first publication of this notice. The last date and time for the submission of tenders will be 24th day at 12:00 noon and the tenders will be opened at 1 pm on the same day. In case the last date for submission of tender happens to be a public holiday in Nepal, the following office day will apply.
