Guidelines for Paper Presenters:

• Coordinate with the Conference Secretariat and respective session Chair in a timely manner, to confirm that your Power Point presentation is copied on the conference laptop and ready for presentation.

• Be present in the conference hall at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.

• You are alloted 20 minutes for your presentation. Plan accordingly and strictly adhere to this time limit.

• You are expected to attend the conference full time and participate in other sessions before and after your presentation.

• Attendance in the inagural and closing sessions is cumpulsory for all the paper presenters and non-presenter participants.
