Key Functions

Formulate and implement short-term, mid-term and long-term human resource plan and policies,
Perform work related to recruitment and selection, promotion, transfer, training and development, compensation, motivation and post retirement services,
Evaluate manpower utilization and implement appropriate performance appraisal and evaluation system,
Brief senior management on the overall aspects of human resource management,
Conduct employee related regular administrative works.
